Austria:
Your order will be delivered by a combination of two logistic carriers – PPL (Germany to Austria) and Austrian Post (Delivery to your home).

You will receive two tracking numbers: One for PPL and One for Austrian Post.

1. PPL Tracking: The tracking link provided in this email is your first tracking link (PPL).
2. Austrian Post: In 1-2 days, your order will reach Austrian Post, which you can track using the Foreign Shipment number available on the PPL Tracking link. Refer to the provided image.

Your order will be delivered by a combination of two logistic carriers – PPL (Germany to destination country) and DHL (Delivery to your home/pickup point).

You will receive two tracking numbers: One for PPL and One for DHL.

2. DHL: In 1-2 days, your order will reach the destination country, which you can track using the Foreign Shipment number available on the PPL Tracking link. Refer to the provided image.

Slovakia:
Your order will be delivered by a combination of two logistic carriers – PPL (Germany to Slovakia) and Slovak Parcel Service (Delivery to your home).

You will receive two tracking numbers: One for PPL and One for Slovak Parcel Service.

1. PPL: The tracking link provided in this email is your first tracking link (PPL).
2. Slovak Parcel Service: In 1-2 days, your order will reach Slovakia, which you can track using the Foreign Shipment number available on the PPL Tracking link. Refer to the provided image.

Delivery Concerns:
If you face any problems with delivery, please contact us at support@ramlallakart.com or +[Your Contact Number] (Whatsapp/Mobile).

It is important for you to ensure self-availability to receive the order at the time of delivery.

Reasons for Delivery Failures:
– You provided the wrong phone number or address for delivery.
– There is a mistake in the delivery address provided.
– The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible.
– The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed.
– There is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery, and there is no person available to accept delivery.
– Unavailability of the person at the address for delivery to accept delivery (if signature is mandatory).

Note: Re-delivery will be chargeable in the above-mentioned cases.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Ramlalla Kart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:
Ramlalla Kart takes care of any damages or lost items during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@ramlallakart.com.

Follow these steps to report the same:
1. Take pictures of the damaged items.
2. Send us an email to support@ramlallakart.com, with your order number and pictures of the damaged items.

We currently do not ship outside of Europe

Free Delivery and Weight Restrictions:

  • We provide free delivery across the EU based on the location, cart value, and weight of the package.
  • If your order is updated (due to any of the reasons mentioned below) and the order value drops below the free shipping threshold, the shipping charges will be applicable to the order.
  • You may add more items to the order to avail free shipping and have a right to cancel the order.
  • Your order may be updated due to the following reasons: Item is out of stock / Item is past the best before date / Item is no longer required by the customer.
  • All orders have a weight restriction of 27 kgs per parcel. If the order weight is over 27kgs, then the normal shipping cost will apply for every additional parcel. Per order, only one parcel will be free.
